| 1. | ARCHIVES
We need to know if you have archival items to either lend or donate. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING at this
time – we have yet to arrange insurance and storage for archival items.
We need photographs (good copies fully labelled), uniforms (well, one or two), costumes from
plays, report cards, speech day programs, sports day medals, navy blue bloomers, etc., to mount
an interesting display at the reunion.
The archives committee has indicated that items that are donated will leave a Spencer legacy to
the province of Newfoundland & Labrador and will find a permanent home at the Memorial
University Libraries in the archives of the Centre for Newfoundland Studies and/or other
appropriate locations.

| 2. | FUN NIGHT
We need skits, songs, dances, recitations, music, etc. Get a group together asap.

| 3. | FUNDS
In an effort to keep reunion prices to a minimum, a fund raising committee has been formed
chaired by Pam (Tulk) Roberts '52. We are seeking (and have already received some) corporate
and private donations. |

| 4. | CHURCH SERVICE
We are mindful of the fact that not all of our members are Anglican but are of other Christian
denominations and some are Jewish. So we'll try to make the service as ecumenical as possible.
Suggestions are welcome – contact the Rev. Trudy Gosse (former faculty) 22 Roosevelt Ave.,
Mount Pearl, NF A1N 1Z4. We are hoping that former choir members will form a choir for this
service; check at the registration desk early on July 26 for information on place & time
of choir practice (which will probably be mid-afternoon.) |
